Green Vegetable Creme Blend

Courgettes, Potatoes, Celery Sticks, Water, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt.

How to cook it:
Boil the 5 courgettes, 2 big potatoes and 2 celery sticks. Once cooked, add 500ml of water - minimum-, oil and salt. Add more water if necessary to reach the desired texture. The amount of water really depends on the size of the potatoes. the bigger the potatoes, the more water is needed.
