Delicious Home-Made Fruit Smoothie
I usually have this for breakfast. It's flavoursome and really fills you up with all of its goodness!

Ingredients (For 3 people):
1 Mango, 1 Banana, 10 Blueberries, 1 Kiwi, 1 Peach, 1 tbsp Bee Pollen in Honey Granules, 1 tsp Fennel Seeds, 1 tbsp Honey and 200ml Water.
How to prepare:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend to perfection.
Enjoy!
